ICEX Conference: AI Regulation and Opportunities for Foreign-Owned Companies

ICEX is organizing the conference "Regulatory Keys and AI Opportunities for Foreign-Owned Companies", an in-person event designed to provide greater clarity on Spain’s artificial intelligence ecosystem, the latest public initiatives supporting innovation, and the upcoming European regulatory framework.

The session is aimed exclusively at foreign-owned companies established in Spain and will address key topics including the initiatives of the Spanish Directorate-General for Artificial Intelligence, the country's positioning and competitiveness in AI, current business challenges, and a real success case from a foreign-owned company operating in Spain.

The conference responds to growing interest in the implementation of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, which will become fully applicable from August 2026, offering participants the opportunity to hear directly from public and private sector experts.
