SegurCaixa Adeslas joins Barcelona Health Hub to promote innovation in the healthcare sector

SegurCaixa Adeslas joins Barcelona Health Hub to collaborate together in the global digital health ecosystem. This union aims to accelerate the digital health transformation process and its transfer to the healthcare sector, as well as to position SegurCaixa Adeslas as one of the leading entities in innovation.

The purpose of this agreement is to bring synergies between SegurCaixa Adeslas community and the growing healthcare ecosystem that provides Barcelona Health Hub, along with its digital health events, conferences, and others.  

SegurCaixa Adeslas endorses innovation as a priority in order to develop its corporate values: high quality services, dynamic approach, closeness and trustworthyness. Agreements like the one signed with BHH allow the company to colaborate closely with others participating in this project, so that SegurCaixa Adeslas can anticipate future trends and look out for the opportunities to continue leading the market. In adittion, this agreement boosts sinergies, letting SegurCaixa Adeslas offer its clients innovative digital health solutions.

The signature of the agreement took place at Sant Pau Art Nouveau Site, international Headquarters of Barcelona Health Hub, with the presence of Luis Iglesias, Deputy Director-General of Personal Insurance at SegurCaixa Adeslas; Rubén González, Chief of New Services and Technologies Department at SegurCaixa Adeslas; Elena Vidal, Director Area Services and Quality Care at SegurCaixa Adeslas; Jorge González, New Services and Technologies Department at SegurCaixa Adeslas; Cristian Pascual, President at Barcelona Health Hub; Josep Carbó, VicePresident Barcelona Health Hub; Luis Badrinas, CEO at Barcelona Health Hub; and Gina Farrús, Marketing and Communication Director at Barcelona Health Hub.

About Barcelona Health Hub

BHH is a non-profit association that was founded in 2018, whose purpose is to accelerate the transformation in digital health, fostering the interaction between startups, health corporations and investors. The organization’s goal is to become an international reference center in digital medicine, attracting innovation and talent.

In only one year, the Association has more than 160 members from wolrdwide (corporates, startups, investors, health institutions and universities), who enjoy and participate regularly in BHH digital health events and networking activities.

The entity is located in the impressive architectural complex devised by the Lluís Domenech i Muntaner, which was the Santa Creu and Sant Pau Hospital for almost 100 years. It occupies more than 2000 square meters of the Sant Manel pavilion, combining Art Nouveau with the latest technology in coworking and showroom spaces.
