This enables them to administer care with reduced risk of transmition by remotely monitoring and treating patients from home, along with the support of other IT companies.

The platform of HumanITcare consists of an app for Android and IOS. It automatically digitally connects patients with health professionals through an online platform that records, processes and displays the patients’ detailed health data.
