Barcelona Health Hub welcomes PDeCAT delegates and presents them the #YoPacienteDigital project

Barcelona Health Hub is proud to announce that delegates of the political party PDeCAT visited the Hub this week. The delegation consisted of Lluis Font, Member of the Parliament of Catalonia, Genís Boadella, Member of Congress and Laia Febrer, also member of PDeCAT.

The delegation was welcomed in Barcelona Health Hub, the international reference center in digital health, by Luis Badrinas, CEO Barcelona Health Hub and Community of Insurance, Gina Farrús, Chief Communication & Marketing Officer at Barcelona Health Hub and Cristian Pascual, President at Barcelona Health Hub.

The PDeCAT delegation received a presentation in Barcelona Health Hub and a copy of the report of #YoPacienteDigital, the study of the virtual health consultation and its benefits for the healthcare system. The study was promoted and sponsored by Barcelona Health Hub, and its theoretical report has been led by Esade through its Institute for Healthcare Management.

The #YoPacienteDigital project includes an academic, scientific, legal and social analysis of the situation and it proposes international success stories and proposals to improve the Spanish healthcare system through telemedicine. 50 entities -including corporations, startups, hospitals, health institutions, universities and other relevant institutions- have joined the #YoPacienteDigital project already.
