Barcelona Health Hub had the pleasure of welcoming Barbara de Benito, Business Operations & Innovation at Merck, at the BHH Headquarters. BHH ‘s General Manager Eva Rosell took the opportunity to ask her some pressing questions on the rooftop of the Hub. The wind and an ocasional ambulance sirene gives the interview an original touch!

In the interview, Barbara tells about her experience as the head of the digital innovation area at Merck. She also talks about her role as a women working in the pharma sector. According to Barbara, it’s essential to have a clear goal, and know where you are going, in order no to stray away from your goals. She also talks about the event of Multiplica, held on March 31 at the Hub, where she participated in the panel about innovation in pharma.
