Yesterday Barcelona Health Hub organized the #BHH Rooftop Talk about “From to startup to hospital: used cases”. The event gathered experts from several hospitals to talk about successful used cases from their collaborations with startups.

Moderator Lluís Blanch Torra, Deputy Director of the Fundación Parc Taulí, led the discussion at the BHH Headquarters. Lluís was accompanied by Laia Arnal of the Hospital Universitari Vall d’Hebron, Míriam Ors of in the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, Rosa García of the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona and Xavier Puñet of the Hospital Sant Joan de Déu.

Interesting topics were discussed, such as how to identify the projects you want to work with as a hospital, how to capture talent and to find the right technologies, and how different pathways lead to different kind of collaborations. Key is to keep searching to find sinergies and opportunities between all parties.
