Recently Barcelona Health Hub had the honors to receive Richard Ferraro, 4YFN Sales Director at GSMA, at the BHH Headquarters. He met with BHH’s General Manager Eva Rosell to talk about the future plans for the next edition of 4YFN 2023, the startup platform of the Mobile World Congress, in this #BHHInterview.

Richard explained that they are very busy with the launch of the new edition of 4YFN 2023. This year, they will continue with their social initiative “Women Innovators Programme”, together with the UNDP. According to Richard: “This programme aims to connect women entrepreneurs with the Barcelona ecosystem. It’s interesting to see that this year we are seeing more and more women in the digital health area.”

Richard also talks about the novelties for the next edition, such as the involvement of FC Barcelona at the congress: “4YFN keeps evolving. This year, the event will have a new zone for startups, the 4YFN Accelerating Zone, and also a Scaleup Zone.” Richard also urges all startups to participate in the prestigious 4YFN Awards, which were won in last year’s edition by BHH member HumanITcare.
