Babel joins forces with BHH & MHH member SocialDiabetes and Listen.Doctor in a new strategic alliance to deploy artificial intelligence–based models in the healthcare and insurance sectors in Spain, Portugal, Chile, Costa Rica, Colombia, and the United States.

Solutions that address the challenges of the healthcare system

Listen.Doctor uses generative artificial intelligence to capture, in real time, the conversation between physician and patient, generating standardized, editable text that reduces by 50% the administrative burden on healthcare professionals. As explained by María Jesús Salido, CEO of Listen.Doctor: "Our solution is designed for environments such as public and private hospitals, insurers, and health services, with a particular focus on primary care. This system not only improves efficiency but also enables physicians to concentrate fully on their patients." She adds: "It is like having an invisible assistant that allows doctors to focus entirely on their patients, improving the quality of consultations and everyone’s satisfaction."

With over 3,200 professionals, Babel applies exponential technologies such as big data & analytics, cybersecurity, hyperautomation, and artificial intelligence to enhance the sustainability and efficiency of healthcare systems. These tools optimize clinical data management, ensure secure processes, and improve accessibility. According to Jesús Marco, Director of the Insurance and Health Business Unit at Babel, "Health is the fundamental pillar of our lives. Every minute we can give back to healthcare professionals makes a tangible difference in patient care. With Listen.Doctor, we are applying technology to create a more humane, effective, and sustainable healthcare system."

The implementation of these solutions is transforming care models in the markets where Babel operates. Listen.Doctor's tools have already proven their effectiveness in hospitals and clinics in Spain and Mexico, in specialties such as pediatrics, endocrinology, internal medicine, and cardiology.

High performance with cutting-edge technology

Listen.Doctor has already begun using advanced reasoning models. These models are applied to optimize the generation of clinical notes, medical reports, and patient reports, achieving results that far exceed previous expectations.

Tests conducted on these systems have shown exceptional performance, achieving remarkable accuracy in structuring and analyzing medical information. Not only do the models process large volumes of data, but they also interpret complex patterns, resulting in a deeper understanding of clinical cases.

The company’s expertise in healthcare technology, knowledge of the regulations applicable to medical devices and related data, and ability to integrate these technologies into real-world environments and complex care processes place Listen.Doctor in a leading position in the field of artificial intelligence applied to healthcare.

Ecosystems for integrating complementary capabilities

The future of healthcare is already underway. Through this strategic alliance, Babel consolidates its role as a benchmark in the digital transformation of the sector.

Listen.Doctor aims not only to remain at the forefront of technological capabilities but also to energize its market access in both Spain and Latin America.

These solutions are helping millions of patients and professionals, building a more connected, efficient, and accessible healthcare model for all.
