BHH & MHH member Between Technology, a consultancy specialising in representing technological talent, closed 2024 with a 10% increase in sales, reaching €54 million compared to €49 million in 2023. The company also ended the year with 278 invoiced clients. Furthermore, it has now surpassed 1,000 professionals in its workforce, marking a 25% increase over the past two years. This milestone coincides with the company’s 25th anniversary in 2025, as well as the 10th anniversary of the Between brand.

Meanwhile, the Tech & Science Community, an ecosystem of companies specialising in different technological fields—comprising BHH & MHH provider GAMMAUX, Hopla!, DMD Solutions, and DQS Consulting and led by Between Technology—expects to close the year with a total turnover exceeding €85 million. This represents a 15% growth compared to 2023, with Between Technology contributing approximately 63.5% of this total revenue. The Community’s ambition for 2025 is to maintain this growth trajectory and reach €100 million in turnover.

Diversity and inclusion in the ICT sector

Women make up 28% of Between Technology’s workforce, compared to 18% of women employed in the ICT sector in Spain and 19% in Europe (1). This figure is particularly significant given that 65.9% of women in Spain have basic or advanced digital skills, exceeding the European average of 54.3% (2).

New headquarters in the 22@ District

Between Technology is also in the process of building its new headquarters in the 22@ district of Poblenou (Barcelona). This new site will house all the companies within the Tech & Science Community, establishing itself as a technological hub. The state-of-the-art offices are being designed with a strong focus on sustainability and energy efficiency, aiming to foster a flexible, collaborative, and innovative working environment. The inauguration is scheduled for early Q2 2025.

100,000 followers: Visibility and growth strategies

Among the initiatives undertaken to enhance its visibility, Between Technology has launched a new corporate website and hosted Tech Talks—technology-focused discussions that have attracted 10,390 unique viewers across 8 episodes on LinkedIn. These initiatives have helped the company expand its reach and strengthen its position in the industry. Additionally, Between Technology has reached 100,000 followers on LinkedIn, reflecting its growing influence within the technology community.

These results position Between Technology as a key player in the technology sector, with a clear strategy for continued growth and expansion.
