Deepull is moving towards the future of health with its recent collaboration with the agency eMascaró, specialized in the development of digital projects for the sector.

At a pivotal moment when technology acts as a catalyst for health investments, this alliance not only reflects Deepull’s commitment to its customers, employees, and shareholders but also demonstrates its vision of future and constant innovation.

This partnership embodies Deepull’s passion for providing a unique experience to its stakeholders, starting from the first point of contact and accompanying them throughout the entire customer journey.

The digital project conceived and developed during the consultancy with eMascaró aims to maximize opportunities for investments acquisition and provide different levels of engagement for diverse destinataries.

Wade Stevenson, Deepull’s Chief Marketing & Sales Officer comments: "Launching a website is a big milestone for a startup company. Internally, it is really useful because now all the employees visit the website and can read it and understand our story and our place in the world. Externally, it's just super important to have a place where anyone in the world can find your company and figure out what it is you do and why you exist. It was a critical thing to put in place. When we launched the website, finally we had a public-facing persona."

A WOW-effect customer journey

At the heart of this innovative strategy is the WOW effect, a moment that surprises the customer with exact and timely information, presented in a creative, conceptual, and visually stunning way.

Wade Stevenson commented: “I think eMascaró did a really nice job with the architecture. A lot of websites try to be too fancy and do too many things trying to reach that wow effect. I think eMascaró found a good balance in adding a lot of features into the website that make it feel interesting and engaging. And it’s not overdone. I love the single scroll. I love that the video plays audio throughout. I love the 'learn more' popups that roll in and don't distract from what you're reading. I think that the wow factor is super important to engage the customer. They must feel motivated to continue reading. All the information you present must come across in a logical and engaging way. This is a critical element of a great website.”

This alliance not only enables the development of more effective marketing campaigns but also represents constant improvement in the perception of service quality, as eMascaró’s consultancy continues after delivering the project, with the goal of attracting more customers.

Additionally, the integration of different technologies within a single CMS and the strategic focus on website development will help keep Deepull at the forefront of information in the industry.

Looking to the future: Deepull and eMascaró

The collaboration between Deepull and eMascaró represents more than just a strategic alliance: it symbolizes a step forward towards a future where technology is fundamental to provide an exceptional customer journey.

By leveraging eMascaró's expertise in creativity, technology, and the development of digital projects for the health sector, Deepull not only positions itself to improve its current performance but also prepares for future challenges and opportunities.

Mr. Wade Stevenson adds: "It's absolutely critical for a company like Deepull to have a technological innovation partner like eMascaró. We don't have internal expertise on how to build a website or how to display our information on it. Having eMascaró on our team will help us to continue improving our way to communicate in a professional and highly engaging way."

This agreement stands out as a model for the sector, demonstrating how the adoption of creativity in technology, a focus on strategy and personalization, and continuous improvement can lead to greater satisfaction for clients, workers, and shareholders.
