In this interview (video and written format), Ariadna Masó reflects on her journey as a founder of BHH member SANNO, a patient support platform for clinics and research, sharing what helped her, lessons learned and how she navigates the ups and downs.

The interview also highlights the critical need to invest in female founders, noting that startups led by women receive just over 2% of total venture capital funding. To address this disparity, Ariadna suggests, "We need more women in decision-making roles and managing capital. Recent studies reveal that only 15% of women in investment firms hold positions with decision-making authority."
