Join CIMTI's training session

BHH member CIMTI, a center that accompanies innovative health projects so that they can mature and reach the System, is organizing a training session on ‘Strategy for the growth of margins and cost-effectiveness‘.

This work session, held on Tuesday, 28th November, is designed especially for managers/owners of companies that are starting to define their business plan and that are part of the Catalan health innovation ecosystem.

The training will be divided into two parts: an opening lecture and a hands-on training.

In the opening lecture, Xavier Marcet, President of Lead to Change and expert in business leadership, will share insights in fundamental aspects of leadership and the main points to consider when designing a real business strategy for growth and profitability.

After that, Marc Fernandez, Managing Partner of Lead to Change, will carry out the practical part of the training about the financial sustainability of the company. He will share a set of practical tools that, depending on the moment in which the project is located, will help to work on the future financial sustainability of the company.
