e-TherapyKids Presents Promising Results from the Pilot Study of the BPSConnect Model
Barcelona-based pediatric neurodevelopment center e-TherapyKids has announced the preliminary results of its pilot study on the BPSConnect model, an innovative bio-psycho- social approach to functional diagnosis and intervention in children with
neurodevelopmental disorders.
The pilot study, conducted over a period of 10 months with 25 children, demonstrated the feasibility and clinical value of integrating biological, psychological, and social dimensions into a unified assessment framework. Early findings suggest that BPSConnect enables more accurate identification of developmental challenges and provides tailored intervention
guidelines with high potential impact on children’s outcomes and family support.
“This pilot study validates our vision of moving beyond fragmented interventions,” explained the research team. “BPSConnect offers healthcare professionals a structured and evidence-based method to understand the child’s needs in their entirety.”
The results will serve as the foundation for ongoing clinical validation and international expansion of the BPSConnect model. e-TherapyKids is currently preparing the next phase of research, aiming to consolidate its leadership in evidence-based innovation for childhood neurodevelopment.
