It's finally here: Femtech Spain Market Map 2025

What a week! During its launch event, Femtech Spain finally unveiled the new Femtech Spain Market Map, created in partnership with Co-Salud and Digital Health Connector, along with its first-ever Femtech Spain Industry Report.

Spain’s Femtech ecosystem is still emerging but rapidly growing: the sector is expanding at a 14% CAGR, far outpacing digital health (10%).

Of the 50 Femtech companies included in the map, 64% have been founded in the last 5 years, and 58% are leveraging data-driven and AI-enabled tools. This demonstrates how Spain is evolving into a high-tech, clinically oriented Femtech hub.

All the data gathered points to a broader conclusion: women’s health should become a strategic vertical in Spain’s digital health landscape, transforming a historically overlooked gap into a catalyst for inclusive innovation and national competitiveness.
