BHH member Pallapupas is in search of a Project Manager to lead the revolution of emotional care in hospitals! If you enjoy challenges, want to work in an office full of healthcare clowns, and dream of changing the world (or at least the hospital sector), they want you on their team!

Pallapupas was founded in 2000 with the purpose of improving the quality of life of hospitalized patients and their families, making a positive change using humor and theater in the toughest moments. Their clowns are professional actors and actresses formed in a specific methodology of hospital clowns adapted to each person, helping them overcome the challenges and stress of their medical condition.

Mission:

• Implement a new service model in the Hospital Channel and ensure its capitalization for future replication.
• Develop the business and ensure sales volume.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and consolidate the project, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to establish a solid roadmap and action plan.
• Drive the sale of socio-sanitary services and effectively manage projects in the healthcare sector.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in consultative selling of socio-sanitary services with a commercial focus.
• Successful track record in Project Management within the socio-sanitary services sector.
• Demonstrable experience in the hospital sector, leading projects that have significantly improved the patient experience and well-being.
