In this #MeetTheMembers, it’s time to explore BHH member Healthy Work. Its mission is to help companies and employees with their personal and professional difficulties by taking care of their wellbeing and mental health. Within their Employee Assistance Program (EAP), they have a phychological assistance service which guide, advise and accompany the human team of the companies in the face of any difficulty or problem they have, all with the aim of improving personal and work-life balance.

Co-Founder Mike Cristóbal and Executive Assistant Carmen Jaudenes of Healthy Work explain in this interview how they are the first EAP platform that started online and continued online since before the pandemic.
