Meeting room Make-over at the BHH Headquarters

There's never a dull moment at the BHH Headquarters. Barcelona Health Hub is changing the names of all its meeting rooms at the Hub to represent influencial physicians of the past. To mark this event, Joan Cuyas Robinson and Merce Escalas Llimona, relatives of Dolors Aleu, Spain's first female doctor, visited the Hub to inaugurate the brand new Sala Dolors Aleu - the same big meeting many of you will recognize as the former Sala Barcelona, where many of the BHH event take place.

Other involved physicians are: Bartolomé Robert, Physician (1842 - 1902) Elena De Céspedes, First Spanish female surgeon (1545 - ?)  Salvador Cardenal, Medical surgeon (1852 - 1927) Isabel Zendal Gómez, Spain's first female nurse (1773 - ?) Enric Ribas i Ribas, Medical Surgeon (1870 - 1935)
