#BHHInterview with David Reyero of Sanofi

The Hub met up with David Reyero of BHH member Sanofi! BHH’s Marja Huiskamp seized the opportunity to ask about his recent book launch. 

The book, titled "The Equation of Professional Success" counts on 100 short articles to improve one’s professional career and people management. It's the result of 10 years of work and research and many conversations with professional colleagues.

David talks about the concept of how your ikigai (the combination of your strengths and passions) drives your competitiveness and fulfillment; and how your grit (the combination of passion and perseverance) distinguishes the best and is even more important than talent.

He also mentions his belief that the key to success is a collaborative future: "as much you share, so much you're worth", both personally and professionally.
