#BHHInterview with Núria Soler

Last March, Barcelona Health Hub organized the event 'BHH x Women’s Day: How femtech is shaping the future,' hosted by Núria Soler, the energetic co-founder of Womanthon. BHH's Gala Gonzalez seized the opportunity to interview Núria and see how she came up with the idea of Womanthon, inspiring hundreds of women.  

Womanthon is a hub focused on generating a new women's movement and developing different and inspiring training actions, with a disruptive and innovative approach. The idea began with a simple phone call between a mother and a daughter wanting to do something different for women. 

Núria explains how Womanthon was born to empower the role of women in the workplace. Their flagship is the 'Women Training Hackathon' sessions, in which they teach women how to save the world, as they haven't internalized their power within the organizations yet. 

She also explains the main handicaps that withstand women from being in high-profile positions and how Womanthon help women empower themselves to overcome all kinds of challenges.
