FisioReact acquires FisioVen and launches at-home podiatry services
The company strengthens its presence in Madrid as part of its national growth strategy and introduces podiatry as its first vertical beyond physiotherapy
Barcelona, October 29, 2025 – FisioReact, the company revolutionizing access to at-home healthcare services, has announced the acquisition of FisioVen, a Madrid-based company offering at-home physiotherapy services.
Through this transaction, FisioReact aims to consolidate and expand its presence in Madrid, a city it entered in September 2020 and where it already has 62 physiotherapists. It also aligns with the company’s national growth strategy, as it is now present in 307 cities through services for individuals and businesses, as well as other segments such as hospitals and insurers.
With this acquisition, FisioReact will increase its market share in a strategic city like Madrid, incorporate FisioVen’s physiotherapists—who share its vision of physiotherapy—into its team, and add a client portfolio focused on end users, thereby strengthening its presence in this segment.
“This operation is part of our organic growth in the Spanish market. FisioVen is the first company we have acquired, but we do not rule out repeating this strategy in other regions in the future. It is a growth approach that makes sense because it allows us to quickly expand our presence in strategic markets, incorporate talent that shares our vision, and leverage operational synergies to offer better service to our patients,” explains Albert Valls, CEO of FisioReact.
New vertical: at-home podiatry
At the same time, FisioReact announces the launch of its first vertical beyond physiotherapy: at-home podiatry. This new service will begin operating in November 2025 in Madrid and Barcelona, taking advantage of synergies with the company’s existing patient portfolio and its already consolidated operational experience.
“After careful analysis, we believe that podiatry makes perfect sense as our first business vertical beyond physiotherapy, given the profile of our users. Our mission is to become the leading company in at-home healthcare services, and in the medium to long term, we plan to expand our offering with new verticals such as nursing, personal training, nutrition, and others,” concludes Valls.
