FisioReact Closes 2025 with €2.7 Million in Revenue, 47% Growth Year-on-Year
The company delivered over 108,000 sessions in 2025, driven by growth in the B2B channel, which now counts 250 companies and 45 healthcare partners.
Barcelona, January 28 – FisioReact, a company specialised in home-based healthcare services, closed the 2025 financial year with €2.7 million in revenue, representing a 47% increase compared to the previous year. These results consolidate the company’s growth and position it as one of the leading operators in the sector in Spain.
This positive trend is also reflected in operational metrics. Throughout 2025, the company served nearly 17,000 patients, a 41% increase from the previous year, and delivered more than 108,000 sessions, the highest figures since its launch in 2017.
The business growth is based on the balanced development of its two main channels: services for private clients, which account for 49% of activity, and the B2B segment, which now represents 51% of total volume and has become one of the main drivers of the company’s expansion. FisioReact currently serves over 250 companies and maintains agreements with 45 healthcare and care partners, who rely on the company to complement and outsource physiotherapy services.
“Our goal is to become the leading provider of home-based healthcare services in Spain, expanding beyond physiotherapy for both individual and corporate clients. To achieve this, we will continue to rely on the pillars that have brought us this far: technology, operational efficiency, and a strong commitment to care excellence,” says Albert Valls, CEO and founder of FisioReact.
Roadmap for 2026: Technology, New Verticals, and Profitability
Looking ahead to 2026, FisioReact aims to reach €4 million in revenue and consolidate business profitability. The company’s roadmap focuses on two strategic areas.
The first is expanding its home-based healthcare services beyond physiotherapy. In 2025, FisioReact launched podiatry services and plans to continue expanding its portfolio in the coming year with new verticals such as speech therapy and occupational therapy.
The second focus is the integration of artificial intelligence into its technology platform, aimed at predictive models, optimisation of care resources, and reduction of employee absenteeism.
About FisioReact
Founded in 2018, FisioReact is a reference in home-based physiotherapy. Initially focused on individual clients, the company now works with more than 250 companies and collaborates with hospitals, insurers, and care homes to provide personalised home healthcare services.
Operating across Catalonia, the Community of Madrid, the Valencian Community, and the Basque Country, FisioReact plans to expand to major provincial capitals over the next two years.
