Insur_re_evolution. Re_imagining the future of insurance - #BHHMembersInitiative

Last September 22, organized by BHH member Community of Insurance, and under the slogan "Insur_re_evolution. Re_imagining the future of insurance", the Insurance World Challenges 2022 was held at the Real Fábrica de Tapices in Madrid. After the break caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, the organization of this extraordinary blended event was resumed. A total of 9 hours and more than 50 speakers, panelists and moderators completed the agenda, mainly in the morning session, which ended with a Speakers Corner where trends and innovative ideas were presented. More than 350 attendees came to the Real Fábrica de Tapices in Madrid to enjoy and experience in person the largest insurtech fair in southern Europe. In addition, in this edition 850 people from more than 20 countries followed the event online. The most current challenges and trends affecting the insurance world marked the agenda of the event, highlighting concepts such as sustainability, emerging risks, cybersecurity, hybrid sales and silver economy. New trends in digital health aroused the interest of all those present. The opening was led by Luis Badrinas, CEO of Community of Insurance and Barcelona Health Hub, who gave way to the rest of the interventions scheduled on the agenda. A day that counted with great professionals who contributed and gave content and dynamism to the event. As in previous years, a new edition of the Seal Awards was held with a very important participation of the public. These awards recognize startups and insurtechs that contribute to accelerating the digital transformation of insurance. The awards were presented by members of the Advisory Board of Community of Insurance. Hello World! was the winner of the Seal Award for best presentation at Insurance World Challenges 2022, an award voted exclusively by the audience. BHH member HumanITcare won the Seal Award in the e-Health category, Weecover the e-Distribution category, BHH member Cuideo the e-Ecosystem category and Rapihogar won the special LatAm Insurtech award. Once again, this edition of Insurance World Challenges was made possible thanks to the support of sponsors and collaborating entities.
