Successful e-Health Investment Forum was held on June 15th

The third edition of the e-Health Investment Forum, focused on disruptive digital solutions for chronic diseases, has been a great success. Selected companies were able to pitch their solutions. Around 200 people attended the live event at the Esade premises, and 70 people were connected online. Furthermore, investors from all over Europe were present to watch the pitches at the stage, which were also available online. On the one hand, TRAK, Biel Glasses, BeneTalk, Scase and Ephion Health participated in the #seed category. On the other hand, in the category #growth, Cardiokol, Virtuleap, Braingaze and nen represented this division. Both of them on the pitch competition provided interesting speeches. Since 2020, Barcelona Health Hub, Medical Association of Barcelona (CoMB), Esade BAN and Barcelona Activa, in collaboration with EIT Health, have been organizing the e-Health Investment Forum Barcelona: a unique and specific space for investment in digital health. Every year, calls are launched to target entrepreneurs leading disruptive projects. After receiving startup applications, an evaluation panel composed of different experts from the health and investment sector shortlist the most promising startups. The selection process, based on the startup technology readiness level, its market opportunity and the team experience, offers investors a great quality deal flow opportunity.
