Vall d’Hebron and Barcelona & Madrid Health Hub Renew Their Collaboration to Advance Digital Health Innovation

Vall d’Hebron University Hospital and the Vall d’Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) have renewed their collaboration agreement with Barcelona & Madrid Health Hub, originally established in 2023, reaffirming their shared commitment to driving the digital transformation of healthcare. The renewed partnership will continue to promote the exchange of knowledge, expertise, and capabilities to accelerate the development and adoption of innovative digital health solutions.

Through this collaboration, both organizations will continue working on the creation of an integrated framework to streamline and standardize the validation, testing, and implementation of technologies developed by startups and innovative companies. They will also collaborate on defining common procedures for the evaluation of medical and healthcare technologies, helping to accelerate their integration into the healthcare system while addressing the needs of the Hub’s growing ecosystem.

Barcelona & Madrid Health Hub is a non-profit association dedicated to fostering digital health innovation by connecting startups, corporations, healthcare organizations, investors, universities, and public and private institutions. By facilitating collaboration and knowledge exchange across the ecosystem, the Hub accelerates the development and implementation of innovative healthcare solutions.
